For neurodivergent folks or those impacted by past trauma, these reactions make sense—they’re your nervous system’s way of trying to protect you, not signs of something “wrong” with you. Using a trauma-informed approach, we’ll work gently together to help your nervous system experience more safety, balance, and calm. You do not have to go through this alone.

As an EMDR Trauma therapist, I offer a blend of talk therapy, somatic mind-body interventions, and trauma treatment for deeper healing. Sessions focus on making connections between body sensations, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We grow insight and build coping skills that lead to more fulfilling relationships, better boundaries, and a more joyful life.
