Working with young adults who may be feeling life's pressures (college courses, living independently, bills!), it is my goal to provide support and strategies to improve your mental health and ability to handle whatever life throws at you. In our first session, we will work on creating realistic goals and our plan to help you gain the skills you need.
Therapy does not have to be a years-long process! Using brief cognitive therapy, let's focus on skill building and improving your mental health. I take an eclectic approach to treatment to tailor sessions directly to clients needs.
My goal is to provide an open and welcoming space where clients can be their authentic selves without fear of judgement or reprimand. Sometimes we just need to vent, and that's okay, too! I aim to be a listening ear and to provide client centered solutions that are easily applied to every day life.
