I work with young adults, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. My ideal client is seeking a safe, supportive space to process emotions, talk through challenges, and learn healthier ways to cope. Together, we will work to identify negative thought patterns, reduce symptoms like panic attacks, and build emotional resilience. They are motivated to feel better and willing to do the work both in and outside of therapy. My goal is to help them feel more confident and free from any anxiety or depression holding them back.
It may seem unconventional to some, but I truly enjoy working with teenagers. My goal is to help my clients become the best versions of themselves in a space free from judgment or expectation.
