I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in a variety of settings such as outpatient counseling, hospice, and schools. I truly enjoy working with my clients and am passionate about what I do! I have experience working with all age groups specializing in adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have helped adults struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. I have experience working with couples dealing with a wide range of issues from infidelity, parenting, and communication.
In addition, I have experience with a wide range of adolescent/young adults issues such as: depression, anxiety, family dysfunction, suicidal ideation, self-injury, bullying, and self-exploration. I take a more active approach to therapy. I like to be a partner in my client’s treatment and work as a team together to help them achieve their treatment goals.
I am a skills based therapist and like to give my client’s resources and teach coping skills. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their past and present to help them gain more understanding of themselves and what they want in the future. Want homework? I’m your therapist!
