Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or a young woman ready to invest in your healing, you’ve taken a brave and beautiful first step. I work with children (ages 5+), teen girls, and young adult females (18-30) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, academic stress, and codependency. My primary specialty is female clients, especially teen girls and young adult women. I love creating a warm, supportive space where they can build insight, resilience, emotional strength, and lasting growth. As a Catholic, I’m happy to gently weave faith into our work!
