As a psychotherapist with a Master’s in Social Work from NYU, licensed in New York and New Jersey, I specialize in working with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relational and complex family dynamics, and trauma. I tailor my approach using evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices.
