I treat adults, adolescents and couples, tailoring my approach accordingly. I utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, but I also incorporate other treatment modalities as indicated. I offer a non-judgmental, warm, collaborative, safe space in which to work through life's hardships.
I am a graduate of New York University's Silver School of Social Work. I have worked with various patient populations at NYU Langone Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Hospital. I also completed postgraduate training through various programs in New York City, including the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Journey Clinical.
