I enjoy working with people to help them find solutions and acceptance in their lives while working through grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and struggles with faith. My hope is that as we work together, you will find solutions to problems, healing for your mind, body, and emotions, and answers to questions for which you have been seeking. Whether or not you are a person of faith, life can be complex and having an outside perspective and tools based in truth can be helpful to most. I would be honored in helping you in your journey.
I meet people where they are with a compassionate approach and an unbiased ear. Nothing is too scary or ugly and I wait patiently for my clients to feel comfortable and safe enough to share. I use therapies such as EMDR, CBT and DBT to assist my clients along with education on various topics including shame and how to reverse its affect in their lives.
I would truly enjoy working with you in finding the person that you were designed to be before being negatively impacted by life situations.
