"Inside Out" Emotional Growth Group
This 12-week, in-person group for kids ages 8–12 meets weekly for 90 minutes at Advanced Behavioral Health in Frederick. Inspired by Inside Out, children explore emotions through movement-based activities, creative play, and therapeutic approaches (CBT, Adlerian, IFS). Kids build emotional awareness, coping skills, resilience, empathy, and social skills while learning to manage feelings in healthy ways. With a small, supportive group, each child receives individualized attention and shared connection. Activities are fun, active, and tailored for ADHD and diverse learning needs, keeping sessions hands-on, engaging, and empowering.

Healing from Complex Trauma (support group)
