I practice therapy from an existential and relational perspective, grounded in the belief that meaningful change emerges through authentic connection. I work gently but directly, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, including relational trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and the unique stressors faced by first responders.
