I strive to create collaborative therapeutic relationships with my clients with respect for each person's autonomy and strength. In my facilitation of both individual and group therapy, I aim to meet you where you're at with empathy and compassion. I have experience and feel competent working with people facing various mental health struggles. I specialize in helping my clients navigate struggles in their intimate relationships, regardless of what form they take. I utilize Attachment Theory as a framework for understanding various relationship dynamics, including Ethical Non-Monogamy.

I apply skills from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to empower you to make choices that align with your goals and values. I am committed to creating a space that supports inclusivity and respect for people with diverse identities and needs.

This group will have two parts. It will begin with a process portion, where you and your fellow group members will be able to relate on similar struggles, whether it be with mental health, relationships, difficulties in work or school, and more. You will receive support and feedback from others' personal experiences. The second part will be led by one of the therapists, in which a relevant topic brought up during the process portion will be discussed in more depth. The skills presented during this time will be informed by DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, Attachment Theory, or Recreational Therapy.
