DBT Skills & Supportive Process Group (ages 18-24)
This group will have two parts. It will begin with a process portion, where you and your fellow group members will be able to relate on similar struggles, whether it be with mental health, relationships, difficulties in work or school, and more. You will receive support and feedback from others' personal experiences. The second part will be led by one of the therapists, in which a relevant topic brought up during the process portion will be discussed in more depth. The skills presented during this time will be informed by DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, Attachment Theory, or Recreational Therapy.
