I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, trauma, and general life stressors using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Also, I am trained in Perinatal Mental Health. I guide my clients in processing their life experiences and equip them with skills that encourage healthy thinking, emotions, and coping.
