I approach all of my clients with a strength based and holistic perspective. I work with many clients who may be struggling with family/relationships issues, stress, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and women's issues. I take great care in getting to know each of my clients and their unique needs and personalities.

I try to make our sessions feel casual, fluid, and friendly. I want to create a safe space for you to discuss and explore anything you want. My hope for my clients is that they leave sessions feeling empowered and confident in their own choices, intuition, and feelings.
