Hello! I’m Lauren Albright, MS, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship stress, and self-worth challenges. I am also the founder of Beauty From Ashes Counseling Services, LLC where my mission is centered on helping individuals move from pain toward healing, growth, and restoration.
I have experience supporting adults facing complex mental health concerns, including neurodivergence, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, psychoeducation, and person-centered techniques to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling integration, incorporating faith and biblical principles into the healing process.
