Hi! I'm Lauren and my goal in therapy is to walk with you through your journey. I believe that growth, change, and healing are possible for everyone. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families (many of whom are military-connected) who are navigating life transitions, relationship shifts, anxiety, and depression. As a former military spouse, I understand the unique strengths and stressors that individuals, couples, and families face from the military environment, as well as the challenges that can arise from mid-life transitions.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating midlife transitions, including empty nest changes, relationship shifts, anxiety, depression, and past trauma. Through a compassionate approach, I help clients gain clarity, improve communication, rebuild connection, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.
