I am so glad you are here! I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+) navigate relationship issues and life transitions. I like to think of the process of therapy like dumping out a 1,000 piece puzzle that we will work through to assemble and understand together, bit by bit. My clients describe me as someone who is curious, direct, and creative, and I believe it is a privilege and responsibility to be trusted with helping people navigate their biggest challenges.

I am passionate about helping couples and families strengthen communication and build a more secure connection. I work with clients ages 12+ navigating life transitions, ADHD, autism, relationships, women's issues, religious transitions, and identity development, including LGBTQ clients and their families (particularly those with LDS/religious backgrounds).

I became a therapist because of my own experiences as a therapy client, and I know how scary it can be to ask for help. I aim to make the process of therapy as comfortable as possible for you, and I am so excited for us to meet and get started.

Hold Me Tight EFT Couples Workshop

Hold Me Tight is an 8-week long couples workshop that is based on Dr. Sue Johnson's Book "Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love". The workshop uses the principles of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to help couples understand negative patterns in their relationship, improve their emotional connection, and build a more secure attachment bond. In this group, couples learn by participating in an EFT therapist-led presentation and group discussion, and by doing in-class exercises with their spouse or partner. Cost: $400 per couple for 8 group workshop sessions, starts Thursday, October 1, 2026.
