My ideal clients are women, couples, and parents who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship struggles, or the daily pressure to keep everything together. They want to feel calmer, communicate better, and find more balance in their lives. Many are going through big transitions, juggling multiple roles, or feeling stuck putting everyone else’s needs first. Their hope is to feel more grounded, connected, and confident. In our work together, we focus on easing anxiety, strengthening relationships, and helping them reclaim clarity, resilience, and a sense of fulfillment.
Many of my clients are high-functioning women who “look fine” on the outside but are carrying the invisible weight of anxiety, guilt, grief, or relationship strain. Together, we’ll work to reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and reconnect with your values so you can move forward with more clarity and peace.
I use a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach—drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and attachment theory. My style is down-to-earth and nonjudgmental.
