It is my mission to help individuals and families face life's challenges in a safe and supportive environment- not only to tackle their current life situation, but to gain the necessary tools to cope with future problems in a healthy and productive manner.
I have particular experience working with anxiety/depression, sexuality, strengthening relationships and communication. I enjoy helping people who are looking to understand themselves on a deeper level.
