I offer treatment for issues related to pregnancy, motherhood, relationship distress, postpartum depression/ anxiety, and much more. As a family therapist, I help couples adjust to parenting and role changes. Plus, I offer weekly group therapy for mothers. My approach also helps with anxiety disorders, like PTSD, and managing intrusive thoughts.
