I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing that is both clinical and deeply compassionate. My work centers around attachment-focused EMDR, and somatic integration, grounded in a faith-based lens. I honor the role of Scripture, the nervous system, and the therapeutic relationship in supporting lasting transformation.
