Are you struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or experiencing stress related to change or loss? Are relationship struggles making life feel difficult or even unbearable right now? Relationships can often become complicated due to life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, marital difficulties or other stressors. Coming from a unique faith-based perspective, I offer hope and healing to those dealing with any of the above. I offer relationship / marital therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy for adults.
I practice couples therapy for those experiencing difficulty in their romantic relationships. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transition difficulties, and relational difficulties. I also practice family therapy for those who are navigating family conflict.
I allow attachment theory to inform my practice. I have a value for faith and spirituality that can be integrated into therapy according to the desires of the client.
