About
My passion is in helping people and those they love find peace as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and faith transitions. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA youth, individuals, couples and their families. I also have experience with compulsive eating, and self-esteem struggles. Additionally, I have training in guiding couples as they struggle to reconnect, improve their communication, and address concerns around sexual intimacy.
My job is to help you achieve your goals. My intention is that every session we have together will be valuable to you and move you closer to your best life. It is important to me that you feel understood, validated, and valued. I work with a variety of modalities so that I can adjust and use the interventions that will best suit you.
Some people may feel nervous coming to therapy for the first time because they don't know what to expect. They are scared it might be awkward or they will be judged or they won't know what to say. The best statements I have heard from my clients are: "I did not feel judged at all. You were so easy to talk to and the time went by so fast!" Please reach out.
