Announcement icon Due to COVID-19, I am offering walk and talk sessions (6 ft. apart) and teletherapy.
I believe mental health is essential for the overall functioning of every individual. Whether working with a young child or an adult, I will guide the client through the therapy process in a way that feels self-directed. I approach every client with respect, empathy, and understanding. I operate from a Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral background. I create an environment in therapy that allows the client to feel accepted and understood. I have experience working as a school counselor with young children, as well as teens, and with couples and adults.
Through the use of motivational interviewing and reflective listening, my goal is to support my clients in their strengths as well as create opportunities for growth. I support my clients in identifying what changes they want to make in their lives. Together, we will build the therapeutic relationship that is essential to your growth and evolution.
There are obstacles and hurdles that we overcome at every stage in our lives and my goal is to support my clients in their own self growth and discovery to make positive changes. I believe that through our journey together, you will find the necessary strength and tools within yourself to live your best life. I look forward to hearing from you.
