As a therapist at Scenic View Clinic, a significant portion of clients I work with are on the autism spectrum and/or managing other neurodiversities. In conjunction with these specializations, I am affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, and bring expertise working with clients with intellectual disabilities, chronic illness including diabetes, and dual diagnoses.
In therapy, I find purpose and benefit to a client centered approach. In working with clients, I find success with integrating components of ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and DBT skills. I am here to support individuals, couples and families with navigating and understanding the complex lives that are their realities.
