I currently have openings for individuals and couples. I’m particularly passionate about helping people explore sexuality and identity in ways that feel safe, curious, and empowering. My experience includes working with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, faith transitions from high-demand religion, divorce, compulsive eating, and self-esteem challenges. Having personally navigated a mixed-orientation marriage that ended in divorce, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to my work.
My work is focused on helping you move toward your goals. It’s important to me that you feel heard, respected, and understood. I use an integrative approach, adapting evidence-based interventions to best support you.
