I can help guide you through to find peace and healing. I believe that within us, we hold the answers to the questions and struggles that plague us. However, difficult times often require assistance and support from others.
I will help guide you in your self-growth and in your healing. I specialize in issues related to loss and bereavement, as well as issues related to aging. I have worked with older adults and their families for 18 years, focusing on losses related to life transitions, as well as issues surrounding death and dying.
I also specialize in working with caregivers. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions with clients, depending upon your needs. I have training in Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy, a very specialized intervention for people struggling with the death of a loved one.
