My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which clients can fully express their identities, perspectives, challenges, and goals. Using a holistic framework, I aim to empower you in addressing your presenting concerns, developing self-insight, and building a toolkit of therapeutic skills to apply within your life. I specialize in supporting those navigating life transitions (i.e. academic adjustment, relationship concerns), anxiety disorders, and chronic illness and/or chronic pain. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming.
I use an integrative approach including attachment-based therapy, somatic intervention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience with modalities tailored to chronic health conditions, including CBT-CP and ACT for chronic pain, and also offer mindfulness and body-based practices rooted in my training as a yoga instructor (MYT-230 hours).
I have a deep respect for the strength it takes to start therapy, and I am happy to schedule a free, brief consultation to answer your questions and discuss next steps.
