Healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen, understood, and connected.
I work with individuals, couples, and children ages 10 and up to help them navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions in a supportive and compassionate environment.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I primarily use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process painful experiences, understand protective patterns, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I believe many symptoms make sense in the context of a person’s experiences, and therapy can help create lasting healing rather than simply managing symptoms.
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, or trauma responses.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel accepted, supported and empowered toward meaningful growth and healing. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you have spent a long time carrying things on your own. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and move toward lasting change ahead.
