Are you ready (or almost ready but feeling a little nervous) to dive in, to be vulnerable and to make some changes? Are you ready to embrace your inner child, to heal the parts of yourself that feel unloved or invisible? Do you love the mystical and wish there was a therapist out there that can talk about things that feel like only alternative and esoteric healers may be open to (including psychedelic and plant medicine experiences)? If yes, then we may be aligned to work together.
I am specialized in perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma (including birth trauma) & stress. I offer Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, attachment-focused, somatics and psychedelic integration. My PhD is in social work and infant mental health. I also love to bring in the esoteric: reiki, tarot, ancestral healing & meditation.
I know how challenging it can be to take the first step. Sometimes it feels like a leap or there may be feels of skepticism that there really is something more. I am here to explore, grow, and learn along side you. If you are ready to dive in, I will show up with my years of formal training, and sprinkle in a little magic.
