I specialize in perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma (including birth trauma), and stress. I offer EMDR, somatics, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, attachment-focused, and psychedelic integration. With a PhD in social work and infant mental health, I also incorporate esoteric practices like reiki, tarot, and ancestral healing.
I know how challenging it can be to take the first step. Sometimes it feels like a leap or there may be feels of skepticism that there really is something more.
