Hi, I’m Laurel Keeling, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (she/her). I’m a white, bisexual, spiritual, fat, able-bodied cisgender woman who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for individuals (14+). I help clients navigate grief, trauma, caregiving, stress, anxiety, academic pressures, self-exploration, and more. I love guiding people to reconnect with their inner child and explore the many parts of who they are.
My therapeutic style encompasses authenticity, empathy, honesty, patience, and warmth! I encourage clients to communicate and express themselves in a way that is authentic to them.
