Navigating life can be tough. I am honored to do a job that allows me to help children and adolescents find their voice through the use of child centered therapy techniques. Additionally, I work with adults in all areas of their life. Whatever the struggle, I am available to help guide clients through the struggle of developing healthy coping skills and learning to express their needs. I aim to build a strong relationship through trust, respect, genuineness, acceptance and compassion in a safe environment where self-exploration is encouraged.
