I love working with people from diverse backgrounds and folks who are LGBTQ+. I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, as well as people dealing with PTSD, anxiety/depression, and chronic illness. I'm warm, down-to-earth, practical, non-judgmental, and have a good sense of humor. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. I practice cultural humility and harm reduction, and I seek to support you in making whatever changes you are ready for.
