At this time, I’m not accepting new therapy clients. I am currently welcoming LMHCAs and LMFTAs who are looking for clinical supervision and a supportive place to grow their own private practice.
I believe that both counseling and supervision should feel compassionate, accessible, and grounding. Whether someone is seeking therapy or building their identity as a clinician, my focus is on creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to develop in ways that feel authentic to them.
My specialties include supervision, consultation, working with the kink community, non-monogamous individuals, sexual health, sex therapy with individuals, crisis responders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep health, and PTSD, though I have extensive experience working with a variety of additional concerns.
I am considered an integrative therapist though I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), LifeSpan Integration, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means that I do not currently prefer a specific counseling theory. I feel that each client is unique and therefore may respond best to a variety of styles.
