It is my passion and privilege to assist my clients in feeling alive, connected and at peace in their relationships and within themselves. Issues rooted in childhood or present trauma and attachment (the relationships with caregivers from childhood through young adulthood) are often the source of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders and addictions, and complex post-truamatic stress disorders even when such a connection is not immediately recognized.
EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems) offer effective and often rapid relief from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, distressing memories, nightmares, etc. as a result of unmet developmental or attachment needs or other traumatic events. IFS Therapy offers relief from virtually any substance and/or behavioral addiction.
