In my practice I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Yoga Therapy, Dreamwork, Breath Work, Guided Meditations, Somatic Trauma Healing, and Psychedelic Integration. I hold an MA in Consciousness/Spirituality, and I’m earning a PhD in Jungian Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
A typical counseling session is framed around the issues you bring to therapy. We’ll explore various themes from your life and develop insight around the ways that traumas and attachments may create challenges in the present. I honor the courage it takes to make the next step.
