I believe all individuals are capable of healing and growth. Having a safe, trusting relationship with a therapist can be an important part of that process. In my practice, I aim to create an open space for us to work towards your goals while allowing you to feel heard, cared for, and accepted.
I provide trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and narrative psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I also incorporate dialectical behavioral interventions as needed, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices. I work with clients experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, infertility, identity difficulties, etc.
I love working with LGBTQIA and Latine identified individuals. As a native Spanish speaker, I strive to provide linguistically and culturally sensitive care to my Spanish-speaking clients.
