I have extensive experience working with clients that suffer with chronic depression/anxiety and trauma. I have specialized skills in brainspotting which is particularly effective with trauma-based situations, helping to identify and heal underlying trauma that contributes to anxiety and depression. It allows access to both the brain and body processes.
