As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am extensively trained in trauma and utilize evidence-based approaches to guide people in overcoming issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, trauma, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, & stress. My goal is to assist you in getting to & addressing the root of the problem, allowing you to move forward with your life.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I offer hourly sessions as well as intensive sessions (half-day or full-day) where together we will address your past, present, and future life experiences and challenges using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), EMDR 2.0, Flash, or Progressive Counting (PC).
