I am a board-certified psychiatrist offering combination psychotherapy and medication treatment to adult patients in the South Sound. I have experience treating a broad range of mental health concerns, as well as problems in relationships, work, loss, life transitions and other sources of stress. As a physician, my goal is to provide evidence-based care that is comprehensive and tailored to fit your needs. Together, we can explore the things that make you feel stuck, and help you to live your life with meaning, purpose and authenticity.
My focus is psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is a type of therapy that explores unconscious processes and their impact on relationship patterns. I provide medication management, as needed, in combination with at least once-weekly psychotherapy. Regardless of the treatment plan we develop, I believe the strength of our relationship is the key to success.
