Throughout the therapeutic process, I strive to empower individuals to identify and build on these strengths in order to reach their desired goals.
To guide clients towards achieving change, I provide a non-judgmental, collaborative, and client-centered environment and utilize cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing addiction, trauma, learning and cognitive disabilities, anxiety, and depression.
