I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. In our first few sessions, I’ll guide you through exploring your history, clarifying your goals, and beginning to understand how your past may be shaping your present. I'd also like to clarify that I am an LQBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming therapist, advocate for inclusivity and acceptance for all.
