I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. At its heart, therapy is about creating a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore their stories, relationships, and inner lives. I specialize in relational therapy, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on creating a safe space where clients feel truly seen and understood.
In our first few sessions, I’ll guide you through exploring your history, clarifying your goals, and beginning to understand how your past may be shaping your present.
I'd also like to clarify that I am an LQBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming therapist, advocate for inclusivity and acceptance for all.
