Chrysalis invites professional women interested in understanding themselves better to improve their relationships, change unhealthy patterns and ultimately discover their highest potential. Having worked primarily with professional and high profile women for the over 20 years, my expertise includes most any work or life struggle which women face. I tend to be quite casual in my approach and I am also very active and directive with my patients.

We also staff licensed clinical social workers and marriage and family therapists who specialize in anger, LGBTQ issues, and working with women of color. At Chrysalis, we offer supportive psychodynamic psychotherapy, while integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques based on client strengths.
