I work primarily with hypnotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and trauma-informed therapy to support change at the level of the nervous system and subconscious. I offer therapy for grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, pain, sleep, habits, medical support, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. I also provide adult autism MIGDAS-2 assessments.
