You're not sure how to find relief. Maybe someone you love has died. Maybe you are the survivor of a traumatic event. Maybe you keep hitting the same roadblocks in life. You may have difficulty remembering things, completing tasks, getting out of bed, or going to work. You may feel guilty, angry, confused, sad, tired, or hurt. It may be hard to relate to others or find meaning in things you once enjoyed. Your body may ache. You may be experiencing chronic emotional or physical pain. You may not be able to perform to the degree to which you desire. You may feel completely alone. You're not alone.
I am a bereaved sister, daughter, and girlfriend. I help people learn how to reduce unnecessary suffering. I provide a space for trauma to be seen and held. I support the broken hearted in living their grief fully and honestly. I help people learn how to integrate their losses. I help people learn how to function at their highest potential.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and view healing as a mind-body process. The process of experiencing life by experiencing the span of emotions can help to free us to be present in our lives in new ways. Our work together begins with a call, and a conversation. Let's talk.
