I offer individual therapy utilizing a person-centered, individualized treatment approach informed in collaboration with each client. I have experience with many different types of interventions including Insight Oriented Interventions, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, CBT. I am newly trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I).
