Hi! I work with adults and children, ages 6 and up. Each and every individual has a "story", or a past they are struggling with. The story of our lives contains the keys to understanding the personal problems that we experience and may often find that we are unable to resolve them on our own. My goal as your counselor is to help you feel one step closer to a new you, where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
I work with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief, self esteem issues, and trauma. I will guide you through understanding, forgiving, re-connecting, empowering, coping and flourishing in life again.
The 1st session is used to put people at ease, as it can be hard to talk about personal issues with a stranger.
