Now offering telehealth in Delaware as well! As an attachment-oriented Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, and couples struggling with decreased intimacy. Those I work with often describe an undercurrent of anxiety underneath their daily activities, internally wrestling with doubts and uncertainty regarding their choices and their relationships. My goal is to help clients change their relationship to these fears, develop insight into how these fears arise, and build their capacity to tolerate and respond to these anxieties.
My work with couples is grounded in the framework of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Oftentimes, couples I meet with struggle with sexual and emotional intimacy. My goal is to help couples identify the unexpressed or misunderstood feelings that drive cycles of disconnection and learn ways to communicate that build connection and intimacy.
Everyone needs support, encouragement, and understanding each and every day of our lives, and this is what I seek to give to each and every client. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as part of a couple, I am committed to working with you to alleviate your pain and fears while cultivating the growth you want in your life and relationships.
