Hi! I'm glad you're here. Finding a therapist can feel scary and difficult, so take a breath. You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. You may feel disconnected from yourself or others, like you’re going through the motions but not fully in your life. Maybe you’ve been to therapy before and it helped, but the deeper patterns are still there. I use IFS and other mind-body approaches to help high functioning adults understand these patterns, often shaped by emotionally immature relationships, so you can soften your inner critic and feel more like yourself.
My work is rooted in what I call The Slow Way Home, therapy that values depth, slowness, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Rather than trying to fix or eliminate symptoms, we slow things down and listen to what your emotions and nervous system are communicating. The symptoms then naturally fall away.
All parts of you are welcome here. I work with adults who want more than coping strategies, people ready to understand themselves more deeply and relate to their emotions with clarity and trust.
